ZIMMER AUTO LOTTO 2016
This year we celebrated the success of the inaugural Zimmer Auto Sport – Luxury Auto Lotto with $130,000 being raised in support of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at RIH.
Rob Zimmer generously donated a 2016 Mercedez-Benz CLA2504M, valued at over $58,300 and gave the Foundation the opportunity to sell 4000 tickets for the chance to win the luxury vehicle.
With over $130,000 raised and $62,797 worth of donated prizes given away, the campaign exceeded expectations and was able to significantly support the purchase of critical care equipment in the NICU.
“Originally, we were going to write a cheque for $50,000. Then I thought, if we donate a car, we can potentially raise over $125,000 for the Foundation. So, that was our goal.”
